Coaching provides a space of safety for opportunities to come into view. We work with founders and key leaders to identify what the opportunities are and generate buy-in for the path forward
TRAINING
With the clarity of goal and purpose from Coaching, we then create a training and rollout plan to implement any necessary changes. This will include education and group/team coaching
SUPPORT
Training is only as good as it is utilized. We will not only provide you with the skills and plan for your organization to evolve, we will build in on-going support so that the work sticks over time

How does Organizational Transformation happen?
We work with every level of your organization to create a top to bottom path to transformation. Starting with initial meetings with founders, we then expand to key leaders to gain their critical perspective, and to the team.

Together we will craft a plan forward that includes coaching, training, and support to everyone to support a sustainable path forward. This work is a true partnership, and your organization will be responsible for putting in the work. We will guide the path, but the work only happens when founders, leaders, and team come together through their purpose.
Consult
Intention from the start
Before we start the hard work of transformation, we will meet with founders to gain a better understanding of the business, its structure, and its unique needs for growth. A curious mindset will exist from the start as we gather the insight needed to create the best path forward. This work creates a light intention that will be used to get the process started. As the work begins, and we continue to grow together, we will modify and evolve our partnership to best suit your growth.
Setup
Getting started
As we start to understand your organization, we'll set up the structure for the partnership. This setup will include a combination of coaching for all levels of the team, including founders, leaders, and the team at large, as well as specialized training to support the identified growth path. The plan will also be communicated across the entire team for clarity and to gain buy-in. It is important that a strong relationship is built from the start so that we're equipped to take on the hard work of growth.
Founder
Setting the example from the top
This actual work will kick off with the founder. While there will be a general plan, we will start to deep dive through a series of coaching sessions to understand more in-depth. This perspective will help support the vision for the rest of the team so that this work has meaning. The more self-honest, curious, and vulnerable a founder can be the better they will equip the entire project for success.
Leadership
Getting the voice of key leaders
Founders have a clear vision for the work. The key leaders are often the ones who have the practical insight into how this vision is being executed, what the pain points are and have the ear of the team. They will have critical insights into potential blind spots of the founders, as well as into themes at play within the team that the founders may not be able to sense into. Key Leaders play a vital role in organizational transformation as they will be working side by side with the team at large through the process.
Team
People are the backbone of any organization
Your organization will only be as successful as your team. People-first organizations recognize that their team is the lifeblood of their work. We will work with the team to communicate up and down through the whole process, as well as provide specialized training and training plans for the path forward. The team relationship will be at the core of our work together.
Support
Taking it all forward
The work we do together only creates lasting transformation when it is carried forward with intention. We will work together to integrate the insight, skills, communication, and support from this process into the day-to-day operation of your organization. This support will include additional Coaching, a plan to take it forward, and ongoing availability for support.

Curiosity and a growth mindset are the prerequisites for success. As part of our discovery, we will work together to understand and identify how ready you and your organization are for the hard work of change.
