The start of Flawed Leader may sound like a villain origin story in the narrative of classical corporate culture. An organization seeks to empower leaders to lead in their imperfect form, and supports growth primarily for the benefit of their people and not just the business.
What?! Que?!
...just maybe that is exactly how we like it!
Corporate culture in the US has been moving toward a more People-First approach in recent years. The Pandemic created a forced perspective that proved the value of this approach. Employers across the country had to account for people's personal lives in their work and were forced to modify their business to do so.
And it worked (when it was done well)
Some did this well and others stumbled and fumbled and did not serve their people. Those that did had people who were able to balance their work and life more fluidly. Even in the midst of macro chaos, productivity and satisfaction increased in this group
It turns out adults can be trusted assuming the correct support and systems are in place.
Shocking (insert sarcastic sigh)
Flawed Leader was created to support organizational transformation into People First cultures. Specifically Flawed Leader was created to support leaders at the top of any organization and to structure People-First cultural intention from the start for new and emerging organizations.
