What is Flawed Leader?
Flawed Leader is a people-first organizational and leadership development provider for founders and leaders of growing organizations. We build structured, self-facilitated Culture Kits that help leaders do the foundational work of building intentional organizations. From defining vision and values to developing communication practices, people systems, and the behaviors that make culture real and set the foundations for business to grow. We equip leaders and organizations to lead imperfectly as they grow and support the growth of those they lead to transform their path forward.

Why ‘Flawed Leader’ as the name?
The word flawed elicits a reckoning; am I flawed, do I have to admit I’m flawed? It’s not about being flawed, rather it's about recognizing that flawed is the fundamental nature of our humanity, and there is power in this. Flawed is the reality of how we exist and live and serves as a call to action to lead even with those flaws. In our business lives, we are often looking for an element of ‘perfection’ before we feel ready to act.
At Flawed Leader, our intent is to live in that imperfect place and cultivate growth wherever you are. As leaders, recognizing our own imperfections and still pursuing growth allows us to be both an example to the teams we lead and allows us to lead better as a work in progress. When we’re all in it together, it's easier to create collective growth and not just meaningful, but sustainable growth forward.
What services does Flawed Leader provide?

Flawed Leader provides self-guided Culture Kits. A Culture Kit is a structured, self-facilitated process built on the FLAWED Method. Each kit walks a leader through a specific dimension of organizational culture or leadership development from reflection, through learning and application, all the way to team integration. You leave with a real output, not just notes.​

Who are Flawed Leader Culture Kits designed for?

Flawed Leader Culture Kits are built for founders, executives, and team leaders in organizations or teams of 5–50 people. If you're building culture intentionally for the first time, trying to align your leadership team, or investing in your own development as a leader, these kits are for you.

How long does each kit take?
​
Each kit will take a unique investment of time. Depending on the topic and size of your organization, you could complete a kit in as little as 2-3 working sessions and 1-3 hours or could invest 4-6 working sessions over 8-10+ hours. The kits are self-paced so you work through them on your own schedule. They are designed to slow you down, to really do the work, and integrate growth in a way that sticks. Culture Kits are not 'frameworks' that you can knock out in 15 minutes, they're intended to provide a learning and growth journey and require an intentional investment of your time.

Do I need an HR background to use these kits?

Not at all. The FLAWED Method guides you step by step through every kit. No prior experience with HR, organizational development, or leadership frameworks required. If you lead people and care about doing it well, you have everything you need.

What is the FLAWED Method?

The FLAWED Method is the proprietary framework behind every Flawed Leader kit. FLAWED stands for: First Check, Learn, Activate, Way Forward, Engage, and Debrief. It's a six-step process designed to turn reflection into action and awareness into sustainable behavior so the work you do in a kit doesn't just produce an output, it produces change.

What is the difference between buying individual kits and a bundle?
​
Individual kits are $299 each. Bundles includes multiple kits and start at $699. A bundle provides savings compared to buying them separately. If you know you want to do a full Bundle sequence, a bundle is the better value. If you want to start with one kit and see how it goes, individual purchase makes sense too and you can always purchase the remaining kits in a Bundle.
